UIA is providing ongoing support and assistance to the families of our passengers and crew
Ukraine International Airlines have organized a 24/7 hotline in Ukrainian, English, and Russian. Our Family Assistance Centers are opened in Tehran (from 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM local time) and Toronto (from 8 AM to 8 PM) providing support in English and Farsi. Our Family Assistance Center in Kyiv operates from 8 AM to 8 PM local time.
Supporting families of our passengers and crew is a top priority for UIA.
